Breathe in,
Draw up Earth’s Energy
Into your body.
Breathe out,
Pull down Universal Light
Into your body.
Breathe in,
Be grounded
In your body.
Breathe out,
Allow wisdom to
Fill your Being.
Breathe in
Life itself.
Breathe out
All things unnecessary.
