Ha is the original breath which our creator breathed to bring life to all of creation. In Hawaiian terms, the source of all creation is called Io.
Io used the Ha breath to breath life into all living things. The Ha was a great breath that contained all of the love of God; a breath that contained the supreme energy of God, and had the power to give life to things.
Because we are given the gift of the Ha breath, we too are breathing beings, so we must always remember that our breath is our connecting chord back to God.
We are given Ha, our breath, in order to have a constant reminder that God is living through us. Anytime we wish to hear the voice of God, we must listen from within.
The Ha breath describes a deliberate process of breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, deeply and completely, making a “Ha” sound on the exhale.
In all things in life, in all our daily activities, we should always remember that the Ha breath is also a creative breath. Ha carries the mana, the energy of creation which can be used for manifestation. So you must align your intent with your breath to create healing or anything else you wish for in your life.
As you breathe the Ha breath, you’re also infusing your brain with oxygen, and releasing endorphins. It feels good!
