For me life is an adventure through its ever-changing nature.

The acceptance of change enables me to be alive and enjoy the wonder and challenge of not knowing what is around the corner.
Being alive enable me to love what I am, where I am and who I am with.
Sometimes I hope for more of what I have, sometimes I hope for things to be different.
But all this is in the mind, so by recognising or seeing what the mind is doing to me, I can be miserable or happy.

For me this simple yet very powerful remembering, is the art of happiness and the art of happiness is the art of living.
